Our complete planning and design service is a collaboration between us and our clients. From the initial vision through to event execution, we are here to guide you every step of the way on your wedding planning journey. Either working with you from the very start, or jumping in during the design process, our approach is highly tailored to the scope of each event.
Our goal is to fully understand and immerse ourselves in your vision. From the small details to the high-impact installations, we approach each wedding with fresh ideas inspired by the two most important people in the room....our clients.
We want you to adore the process, so we will be your reassuring sounding-board and unwavering advocate throughout the planning and on the day itself. Behind the scenes we carefully choreograph every element of your wedding, so that it all flows effortlessly. We will go to great lengths to create flawlessly executed experiences for both our clients and their guests.

Every client we work with is unique. We curate a planning and design proposal based on your vision and planning needs. Investment for this service begins at $18,000 and is dependent on location, scale, and scope of event.
Wedding MANAGEMENT
This service is designed for couples who’ve secured their date and venue, but want expert support throughout the planning. This planning service includes planning meetings and communication to ensure the wedding is still seamless without the need for a full service planner.
Inclusions at a glance
- Planning meeting upon booking (virtually or in person) to review current wedding plans, and provide recommendations for the rest of planning and design
- Available upon booking for questions throughout planning via email and scheduled phone/video meetings
- Attend an initial walk-through with venue to review flow of the wedding day and the guest experience
- Access to personal online planning portal
- Vendor recommendations for any wedding vendor, including but not limited to florist, entertainment, stationery, rentals, transportation, and beauty teams
- Mirth Events will take over vendor communications and coordination three to four months prior to the wedding
